Round two of this Pale Ale, Parish uses a combination of pale and oat malts paired with Belma, Cascade, and Galaxy hops to give you a delicious, fruity pale ale with solid mouthfeel. A highly-quaffable representation of the style at just 4.8% ABV.
A full-bodied, yet balanced IPA, Tremé dances around in your mouth with a sweet, malty backbone against a floral, citrus, and melon hop character. As our flagship beer, this is one to please even the most discerning palette. 7.2% ABV
Brewed with American two row, rye, and wheat malts and a dash of noble hops. Lafitte is then fermented with American Wheat yeast—this beer is as unique as it is interesting. Slightly sweet at first with a dry, spicy finish. 6.0% ABV
Our porter is a bit uncommon. While it has the same roasted malt character that you'll find in most porters, we also throw in a little twist—oak. We "age" Poydras with both French and American oak to give it a great hint of vanilla along with the chocolate and coffee notes from the malt. 6.5% ABV.

Mud Bug:
Imagine a brown ale, jack it up a little in ABV, and then dose it with a bit more hops than usual. That's Mud Bug. Borderline CDA/Black IPA, this is a hop-forward brown ale that's balanced with a nice, roasty malt character. 7.4% ABV.
Gulf Coast:
A session IPA that proves you can have a greatly hopped beer without needing a huge malt backbone. Designed for the hot and humid days back home, this ale is brewed with pale and pilsener malts and hopped with massive amounts of Apollo, Simcoe, and Mosaic. 5.1% ABV
Satchmo (Nitro):
In an homage to the jazz trumpeter legend, Satchmo stout is rich and bold, yet with a muted complexity. We toasted up some oats and then blended that with various amounts of two row, chocolate, and black malts into a concoction that was then fermented with a London Ale yeast. 8.0% ABV.
Equinox IPA :
Equinox, a hop variety that is being released commercially for the first time this year, is layered throughout this IPA. A pronounced aroma profile with citrus, tropical fruit, floral and herbal characteristics. 7.0% ABV
